I personally connect with the two resilient individuals because I've always been the type to live a peaceful life. I'd never want anything to get into my way of happiness. To me, Gandhi and the To Write Love on Her Arms organization are really inspirational. They've said words that could practically change the world and that means a lot. From all the violence and aggression happening, I see that people have hard times trying to understand each other, but I've always found that music brings at least the slightest togetherness. That's why I've chosen to re-create the guitar that Ms. Staff provided me and my partner. As I read through most of Gandhi's quotes, I realized that really connect with what he says and believes in. He was always just looking for forgiveness, and knows that people are worth forgiving for the mistakes they've done. I certainly know that I always always always make mistakes, and sometimes I've been put down by people, but I try not to let it get to me, and if it does, I just remember Gandhi's words, and that To Write Love on Her Arms would rather have me move on and try to hope for the best, then rather harm myself or anyone.
